Game-Changer Stance? (And It’s Always Post-Session)

I distracted myself talking about Dunaway’s swing model and spent most of today’s session trying to replicate it with the head shift and all, at which I was (no surprise to yours truly) unsuccessful.

The thing is however, it set me thinking about the stance and weight distribution that I prefer to have, and when I got home, it struck me that there is a reason for my preference for this setup.

After My Shoulder Adjustment, I’m Back To This Jack Nicklaus Setup

You’ll remember how I have said that Jack Nicklaus had a nearly optimal Classic Golf Swing at a time in his early years, and now that I’ve made the shoulder fix in my setup, I’m right back where I adjusted his stance.

The proper setup for the optimal action in the Classic Golf Swing, which would mean that it would be the setup in the MCS Classic Golf Swing, would be Nicklaus’ adjusted stance.

I’ve called Sam Snead’s golf swing the greatest self-taught swing ever on the PGA Tour, and it’s no surprise that he was the leading total events winner until Tiger Woods caught him.

If You Need Proof That The MCS Setup Is GOLD… Sam Snead

You’ll all know, those of you from the early days of WAXGolf.com (after I mothballed the DJ Watts Golf blog) that I didn’t really BUILD the MCS Classic Golf Swing model.
