Jamie Sadlowski Wins Local U.S. Open Qualifier

Transitioning from his long drive career to tournament golf the 27 year old Sadlowski won his local U.S. Open Qualifier with a score of 65 at the Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ.

Tim Burke Wins 2nd WLDC Title

burkeTim Burke, the 2013 WLDC winner has taken his second title at the Long Drivers of America/Golf Channel hosted 2015 World Long Drive Championship.

He beat Jeremy Easterly’s Final Round best drive of 386 with a 394 yard first blast, and the finals were pretty much over then.

Shocking – Jamie Sadlowski’s Huge Power Leak

?????????????????????I haven’t looked at Jamie Sadlowski’s swing closely since probably 2010 or so, simply because he was the Remax Long Drive World Champion in 2008 and again in 2009 but hasn’t won a world title since.

So, the most I’ve done in recent years is look to see if he’s made any major (or even minor) changes since then.

Tim Burke Sets New Remax Record

?????????????I have to say, I haven’t actually watched  much of the Remax Long Drive in years past.  Something about not really caring anymore by the time they aired it over two months after the fact.  Kind of hard to get pumped about a competition when you already know what happened.

Last night was different, and a treat.  I missed the first half-hour so I got to fast-forward through all the build-up and get right into the swinging by the time I sat down.
