Tiger Woods Involved In Roll-Over Crash In Jupier FL

I just saw this come across my news feed (I am a news junkie and probably check the news rolls every half hour unless away from my computer).

According the USA today, which I am linking, the accident occurred around 2 PM, EST, and no further details have been provided other than location and that it was a roll-over crash.

This is Tiger’s second roll-over crash.

There will apparently be a news conference at 5 PM, EST.  Let’s hope everyone involved is OK.

He was not injured. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI, did the Breathalyzer (zero blood alcohol), and was charged with that and also for refusal to give a sample for drug testing.

Coming from a small town with a high school that endured dozens of DUI-related student deaths over the years, I have little patience for impaired driving. Even less so for those who can afford to be chauffeured wherever they go. I’ll leave it at that.

It comes to mind that he played in that TGL a few nights back.

Probably on serious pain-killers, his swing is still the back-breaking mess it became over the years.
