Stable Head + Getting “Deep” = Leverage

You’ve heard me discussing the aspects of leverage and how to maximize it on the down swing with Fluffy a.ka. TFerguson, and let me show you in my own swing how I do it.

First, you have the stable head on the back pivot, enabled by the MCS Golf Swing’s right-biased “Leaning ‘A'” tilt and proper hip action.

In our last Skype session, which we recorded for WAX Nation, you’ll see how a certain concept worked for Fluffy a.k.a. T. Ferguson with regards to this.

Uncut Skype Session W/Fluffy The Man

Here’s something new – I just finished a Skype video session with Fluffy A.K.A. T.Ferguson and he asked me if I’d post the uncut video for WAX Nation to watch.

I have just uploaded the video to Youtube and it’s about 40 minutes long – we’ve had 2 previous sessions in the last few weeks after he’d taken a very extended time off playing golf (I believe 3 years), while he pursued his other passions, travel and motocross.

Hitting It As Far With Less Effort (Cameron Champ)

I wrote a post about Cameron Champ’s prodigious length last week and made the point that he could indeed get even more distance out of his swing with better impact conditions.

However here is a point un-made that I think is even more valid: he doesn’t really need more distance, but with an improvement to his impact conditions (and shall I say, swing model), he could get the same distance with less effort.
