Final Editing For The “MCS Golf Swing” eBook (Plus More On Luke List)

I have completed the writing for the “MCS Golf Swing” eBook and will be doing a final edit over the next couple of days.

I know there’s the Waste Management Phoenix Open on right now, and of course the main event of Super Bowl Sunday kicks off in a few hours.

I haven’t had time to write any posts this weekend so I’ll just wish you all a great rest of your weekend while I work on the editing here, and leave you with a couple of amazing gifs of Luke List’s swing action.

First, we’ll look at the “Drop” in Luke’s “Drop & Pop” action:

Watch how nicely and purely that drop begins with the shoulders turning around that stable C7!

Next, remember how I said you get “quiet power” with good leverage?  Quiet, in the head and leading foot area, if you’re in proper position?

Well, take a look at how quiet Luke is in his “3 To 9” phase or the “Pop” in the “Drop & Pop” action:


These are two areas where you can really benefit from using your Kettle Bell “One Exercise” from the “EMCS2 – The Follow Up” video, friends.  Get yourself in the proper stance and use that that exercise in the transition leverage and “3 To 9” phase of the down swing, and you’ll be on your way to quiet, leveraged power.
