Another Young MCS Convert (Rory McIlroy Jr.!)

jack impactJerry “BT” Crowell is showing why he won the Inland Empire Chapter of the So-Cal PGA’s “Instructor Of The Year” Award, with another stunning conversion of a former left-biased young swinger to a proper MCS setup.

Get a gander at this young lad, 13 years of age, and you won’t believe it when I tell you – Jerry said it’s only been 3 Weeks since he converted young “Jack” here to a proper right-biased MCS setup.

I’m calling this kid “Rory Jr!” and you’ll see why – I haven’t seen a release action like this in any golf close to Jack’s age – I’m still shaking my head.

Anyways, another young Wax’er with whom I’m looking to spend a few minutes when I go to So-Cal next month, but you’ll see that our crack instructor Jerry is not wasting any time.

3 Weeks!

Jack Swings

It’s only been 3 weeks, as I’ll repeat, because there are a couple of things in this current motion that will want adjusting while Jack’s still very young and limber (such as the anchored right foot on the follow-through, and the extreme hip turn with the planted left foot, and the strongish grip), but this is an awesome start.

Look at this position – most of the modern swing guys on the PGA Tour wish they could do this…

If Jack is swinging this way after just 3 weeks of MCS schooling – he will be one to watch out for in very short order on the junior golf circuit.

Great stuff, Jack – and well done, Mr. Jerry Crowell, PGA of America guy!

He’s got a whole stable of MCS thoroughbreds that he’s building over at Goose Creek G.C., and I can’t wait to join the party next month…

Wanna learn the MCS methodology and swing like the greats did in the classic era?

You can start with the “Secrets of the MCS”video shorts series or jump right in to the whole thing with the “Kinesiology of the MCS Golf Swing” video.

Whats funny is he really is Rory Jr. All that MCS with the post impact reverse swivel. Rory needs to keep this kid on his radar so that he can learn how to swing better

This is Jack’s dad— we’re excited to meet you when you’re in so cal in January. Jack is learning a lot from Jerry and will be working hard on his swing.

      Hi Brian!

I am looking forward to meeting Jack as well. Until then, he is in good hands with Jerry. See you both at Goose Creek in a few weeks. 🙂
